This advanced powder coating technology has excellent single coating edge corrosion resistance and is currently pending for a patent. This innovative technology is specially designed for the protection of sharp edges generated during metal processing. It provides edge coating properties that exceed conventional single- and dual-coat powder systems.

The powder coating has made significant technical progress in edge corrosion protection. For metal substrate parts exposed to corrosive conditions, the coating's corrosion protection has obvious advantages.
