Type of Product:
Spin finish for friction and belt texturizing of Polyester filaments (POY). Especially suitable for high-count yarns and microfilament yarns.
Performance
Very good spreading ability
Excellent finish distribution.
Application
The spin finish is applied as 8–15 % aqueous solution by dip rollers or metering pumps and nozzles.
10% active concentration works well in practice.
Only demineralized water should be used for the preparation of the solution.
Specification
Oil on yarn level:
0,30 - 0,50 % depending on denier and type of yarn.
Extraction solvent:
Isopropanol
Chemical Composition:
Mixture of heat-resistant lubricants and nonionic emulsifiers.

Store
Store in warehouse at 10°C – 35°C. Product may become turbid or solid at temperatures below +5 °C. Allow frozen product to warm up to become clear again and stir well before use.
