Hubei Longshengsihai New Material Co., Ltd.,the original name is Hubei Xinsihai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 1995 in Zaoyang, Hubei which is the native place of Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu , is a business entity that focuses on the research, production and sale of silicone fine chemical, special surfactant, and organic silicon resin series. Now Xinsihai is a council member of China Industrial Association of Fluorosilicone Organic Material, high-tech enterprise of the State, candidate listed company of Hubei Province, demonstration enterprise on construction of intellectual property of Hubei Province, management innovation demonstration enterprise in Xiangyang, and demonstration enterprise for non-public enterprise culture in Xiangyang. Xinsihai also has such four branch companies as Shenzhen Jipeng Fluosilicic Material Co., Ltd., Hubei Sihai Yijia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Zaoyang Yijia Specialized Ecological Agriculture Cooperative, and Yuenan Sihai Industry Co., Ltd. and two shareholders including Zaoyang Chuangxin Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zaoyang Sihai Daopu Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. Our company has been rated as “advanced enterprise for technical innovation”， “spark demonstration enterprise”， “enterprise that abides by contract and stresses good faith” and “enterprise with a loving heart”。

　　Since establishment, our company lays great store by technological research and development and improved the technological innovation system that centers on enterprise and integrates industry-university-research cooperation. Up to now, we have implemented seven national science and technology programs respectively, nine provincial technological plans, four national invention patents, scientific and technological inventions of the province and city and six progress prizes. Now our products have been sold to a great many realms such as industry, medicine, biological fermentation, electronics, food, paper making, sewage treatment, textile, and aviation. So far Xinsihai has seen rapid development. In 2009, our company and Wuhan University established the Wuda Sihai Special Surfactant Engineering Technology Research Center which was approved as provincial school-enterprise research center by Hubei Science and Technology Department.

　　In 2010, our organosilicon product production base （12,000 tons per year） as invested and constructed in Huaxia Industrial Park in Zaoyang was put into operation, which marked our company has attained a new height in standard management and laid a sound foundation in enlarging enterprise, raising economic benefit and realizing strategic operation pattern of our company.

　　On Jun. 28, 2013, Xinsihai was listed at the stock right trusteeship transaction center in Wuhan, thus becoming the first enterprise in Zaoyang which succeeded in accessing the financial market.
