DS-315 Dry Strength Agent for Papermaking Engineering

The product is completely ionized in the whole PH range and can be directly adsorbed on pulp fibers. Ionic bonds are formed between cations and anions on the fibers, and hydrogen bonds are formed between amides and hydroxyl groups on the fibers, which can effectively improve the dry strength of paper. The physical indexes of strength can be effectively increased by more than 10%. At the same time, the retention rate of fine fibers and the water drainage of paper can be improved.

Use and effect

1. Increase the bonding point between fibers and increase the strength.

2. Improve the strength index of paper, reduce the cracking and powder drop of paper in the following process.

3. Improve the filter water and retention of paper material, and improve the sizing effect of paper.

Usage method

1. 5-15Kg/t paper.

2. Dilute the product to 0.5-1.0% concentration and add it continuously with metering pump. `

3. Intermittent type can be added in batching tank.

Packaging and Storage

1. Storage: It can be stored for 6 months at room temperature (4-30 C indoor shade).

2. Packaging: 200 kg or 1000 kg polyethylene barrel.
