Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: Yes, We are professional manufacturer involved in this field more than 15 years.

Q: What's your MOQ?

Normally, our MOQ is 1 FCL, but we could apply less quantity if customers have special requirements on quantity.

Q: How can I get the new price of a product?

A: Please provide the exact or approximate quantity, packing details, destination port or special requirements, then we could give you the price accordingly.

Q: What's your payment terms?

A: We accept all payment TT,LC, Western Union,DP.  But for first time, we only do LC or TT.

Q: What's your delivery time?

A: Usually we will arrange the shipment in 7 -15 days after the payment finished.

Q:Can you offer free samples for us ?

A: Yes , we offer 1 kg sample bags free for you test while you agree to bear the freight charge.

Q: Can you offer OEM package ?

A: Yes we can offer the package with your design,  the MOQ would be 5000 bags , the price with custom bags will be confirmed after your design attached .
