l Purpose
This product is suitable for all kinds of grouting self-leveling mortar, repair mortar, high-strength concrete, high-performance concrete, underwater pouring concrete, self-compacting concrete, flow concrete, large admixture concrete materials.
This product is used in concrete, it can improve working performance, reduce hydration heat release rate, avoid temperature stress crack production, improve fracture toughness and durability, etc.
l Characteristic
1. Early strength and high strength: This product can improve the strong bottom of grouting material, repairing mortar, self-leveling mortar and concrete.
2. Good adaptability: good compatibility of cement and admixture, good temperature adaptability, good compatibility with different kinds of cement and admixture.
3. Low slump loss: This product can prepare water reducing agent which meets the standard of pumping agent, and the slump loss is obviously reduced.
4. High durability: This product can effectively reduce the water-binder ratio of concrete, improve durability, reduce shrinkage and creep.
5. High water reduction rate: mortar water reduction rate is more than 20%, when slump is about 80 mm, water reduction rate can be more than 25%. When the slump is about 200 mm, the water reduction rate is more than 30%.
6. Green environmental protection products: This product does not produce pollution to the natural environment in the process of production and use, and conforms to ISO14000 international standards for environmental protection management.

l Usage method
1. This product used for grouting material and repairing mortar can improve the fluidity of slurry, facilitate construction and enhance its strength.
2. According to the design requirements of concrete, the water content and sand rate are adjusted through experiments, so that the slump, strength and condensation conditions can meet the requirements of the water reducer dosage.
3. This product is suitable for high performance concrete, high strength concrete and large flow concrete. When used in concrete above C50, raw materials should be selected according to relevant technical specifications, appropriate mixing technology should be determined, and a certain amount of test data should be obtained. In order to make the flowability of concrete meet the construction requirements, the strong bottom of concrete should have a certain coefficient of affluence.
4. This product can be mixed with mixed water in concrete at the same time, lagging behind water in concrete is better.
l Safety matters
1. This product is a weak alkaline powder, non-toxic, but not edible, when used without pollution to the environment. When touching people's body and eyes, we should wash them with clean water as soon as possible. When allergies occur to some people, we should seek medical treatment in time.
2. This product should be stored in 25 kg sealed bags to avoid rain leaking and sun exposure.
3. This product has the corresponding material safety data sheet and Shengsheng Transportation License information, which can be obtained from the company when necessary.
