1, ZH-100 Reverse Osmosis Chemical Membrane Antiscalant ATMP is of high efficiency to increase the water production and  quality ,reduce the operation  expenditure  and can be used to prevent the scale accumulation on membrane of reverse osmosis system ,nanoflitration membrane system and ultrafiltration membrane system ;

2, This product can effectively control the inorganics scale formation while in a wide range of concentration .The highest LSI rate in no acid situation is 2 .8;

3, It doesn't  form any insoluble materials with the oxide of aluminium and ferri ,and cilicon chemicials ;

4, It is especially useful for controlling ferri ,aluminium and heavy metal polluted materials ,and the concentration of  ferri is allowed to reach the highest level 8.0mg/L in supplying water ;

5, It can effectively inhibite the polymerization and precipitation of cilicon ,the concentration of SiO2 is allowed to reach the highest level 290mg/L in concentrated water area;

6, It can be used for reverse osmosis system (CA)and TFC membrane ,nanofiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane ;

7, Its solubility and stability is excellent ;

8, The PH level of supplying water between 5-10 is effective .

Dosage

1. The dosage of membrane system for industrial water treatment is 10-50 ppm for on-line operation and 50-170 ppm for off-line operation.

2. The amount of drug used depends on the severity of biological contamination. The active ingredients of 10-30 ppm were added for 30 min-3 h every 5 days with mild degree. When biological contamination was confirmed, 30 ppm was recommended for 3 consecutive hours.

3. When serious biological pollution has been eliminated, continuous dosage should be adopted. It is suggested that continuous dosage of active ingredients should be 0.5-1.0 ppm. The dosage can be adjusted according to the level of biological activity.

Usage

3.1 During the operation, the influent water is continuously added through the metering pump, and the added amount is 400 mg/L; Add 1 time for about 2 weeks, 30 minutes each time. This method uninterrupted the production of desalinated water, but the dosage is large. 3.2 Stop the operation of the RO system, configure the sterilization solution by chemical cleaning, and recycle the liquid to process the system. If the system is seriously polluted, the system should be sterilized in situ after the local chemical cleaning: 1) Add water to the cleaning tank to prepare a special antibacterial agent for reverse osmosis, the concentration is 400-800mg/L; 2) Adjust the pH of the cleaning solution below 7 (using citric acid or hydrochloric acid, the purpose is to extend the life of the membrane; 3) Cycle for 45 minutes.

Packaging Storage

1. Safety: This product should avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Once contacted, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

2. Packaging: 20kg, 25kg and 200kg, 250kg plastic barrels, or according to user requirements.

3. Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place indoors for 10 months.
