Hydration Resistant Agent WR-6550 for Papermaking Engineering

This product is a polyamide polyurea macromolecule oligomer (PAPU) hydration resistant agent. It can be widely used in various coating formulations of coated paper. It can greatly improve the wet adhesion strength, wet wear resistance and ink absorption performance of paper, and improve the printing adaptability, gloss and surface strength of paper.

Use and effect

1. Formaldehyde-free, paper formaldehyde emission is zero, conducive to environmental protection and operating environment.

2. Coatings suitable for paper and cardboard for food packaging.

3. The wet-wear strength reaches the maximum within 24 hours, and the ripening speed is fast.

4. Ink absorption, smoothness and surface strength were improved significantly, and paper printability was improved.

Uses

1. Adding 0.3-0.8% of the total amount of absolute dry pigments or 5-10% of the total amount of reference adhesives;

2. Attention should be paid to avoiding simultaneous mixing with anionic substances during the addition process.

3. Applicable to all kinds of paint formulations in the range of pH, it is better to add after the adhesive.

Packaging Storage

1. Storage: It can be stored for 6 months at room temperature (4-30 C indoor shade).

2. Packaging: 200 kg or 1000 kg polyethylene barrel.
