Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor NX311 bactericide

NX-311 is a highly effective non-ionic biocide with non-oxidative effect. It is specially developed for cleaning and disinfecting RO system and its pre-treatment equipment. It is widely used to prevent the formation of biofilm on the surface of membrane. It is suitable for food production. It is biodegradable rapidly and easy to lose its activity as a harmless by-product.

Product characteristics

1，It has broad-spectrum bactericidal ability and can effectively kill bacteria, fungi and algae.

2，It has a fast onset and can quickly achieve a very high bactericidal rate, and is not affected by PH value.

3，It is suitable for various common reverse osmosis membrane systems and has good compatibility with membrane.

4，The active ingredients are easy to be biodegraded, safe and reliable.

Dosage

1，The dosage of membrane system for industrial water treatment is 10-50 ppm for on-line operation and 50-170 ppm for off-line operation.

2，The amount of drug used depends on the severity of biological contamination. The active ingredients of 10-30 ppm were added for 30 min-3 h every 5 days with mild degree. When biological contamination was confirmed, 30 ppm was recommended for 3 consecutive hours.

3，When the system eliminates serious biological pollution, continuous dosage should be adopted. It is suggested that the continuous dosage of active ingredients should be 0.5-1.0 ppm. The dosage can be adjusted according to the level of biological activity.

Packaging and Storage

Safety: This product should avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Once contacted, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

Packaging: 20kg, 25kg and 200kg, 250kg plastic barrels, or according to user requirements.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place indoors for 10 months.
