Description

Aluminum sulfate white orthorhombic crystalline powder with a density of 1.69g/mL (25 C). In papermaking industry, it is used as a precipitant for rosin and wax emulsion, and can be used as flocculant in water treatment. It can also be used as an internal retaining agent for foam extinguishers, making alum, aluminum and white raw materials, oil decolorizing, deodorant, raw materials for certain medicines, etc. Artificial gemstones and high-grade ammonium alum can also be manufactured.
