Soy Lecithin (Liquid):Soy lecithin (phosphatidyl choline, referred to as PC) is the most bioactive components in soybean phospholipids. This product is based on soybean lecithin powder as raw material, USES the original technology and equipment to extract refined products, yellow or tan plastic or granular, the higher the purity of white color, easy absorption of moisture, oxidation, easily dispersed in water and form a stable emulsion; Insoluble in acetone. Almost insoluble in vegetable oil and animal fat; Soluble in ethanol, ether and hexane and other organic solvents.

Performance and usage: Deep brown sticky liquid, free flowing at room temperature. It is widely used in food industries, such as baking food, chocolate, candy, ice cream, soy milk, soft drinks and so on.

Package and storage: Packed 200 kg in iron drum; This product should be stored at 10-25 centigrade temperature, kept in a dry, ventilated and cool place.
