Product Application

RK-370 is an additive flame retardant developed for applications such as PP and HIPS to reach class V-2 according to the UL 94 standard, with outstanding UV and light stability.

The chemical structure of the brominated part is responsible for its excellent UV and light stability leading to a good appearance of the molded part.

The high melting temperature of RK-370(181˚C) permits production of highly filled masterbatch concentrates. In addition as RK-370 melt blendable and melts at the processing temperature of PP, it is easy to process and can improve flowability.

It solves the previously unanswered problem of blooming in flame retardant grades of PP.

Cautions

If breathed in, move person into fresh air.

If not breathing, give artificial respiration

In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and plenty of water

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 min.

If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water！

② Bromine series flame retardant products: 4,000 tons of decabromodiphenylethane per year, 3,000 tons of brominated polystyrene per year, 1,000 tons of environmentally friendly fire retardant PPBBA FR-1025 per year; 1,000 tons of 1, 2-bis (tetrabromo phthalimide) ethane per year; 3,000 tons of tetrabromo phthalic anhydride per year, 3,000 tons of tetrabromo phthalic anhydride diol per year, 500 tons of three (2, 2-bis (bromine methel)-3-bromine propyl group) phosphate RK-370 per year, 10,000 tons of brominated butadieneinyl aromatic copolymers and 10,000 tons of tetrabromobisphenol A bis ether per year.
③ Pharmaceutical intermediates product: 2,000 tons of P-methy sulfuryl benzaldehyde 2,000 per year.
